| 摘 要： | 2010年,中国炼油企业生产运营取得了较好的成绩。为适应市场需求,原油加工量和主要产品产量大幅增加,全年原油加工量达到4.23亿吨,同比增加约13%,汽、煤、柴油产量达到约2.53亿吨,同比增长10%;产品结构调整效果显著,柴汽比大幅提高,航煤、柴油、化工轻油和高等级道路沥青等产品增幅较大;汽油质量全面升级至国Ⅲ标准,主要技术指标明显提升;由于成品油价格不到位,炼油毛利同比降低了12.7%;资本性投资结构进一步优化,重点投资于油品质量升级、炼油布局调整、劣质原油加工和储运设施等项目。展望2011年,预计全国原油总加工量将达到4.4亿吨,增幅为4%左右;预计2012年中国炼油工业将继续保持较快的发展势头,全国原油加工量将达到4.6亿吨。

| Abstract: | China's oil refining operations achieved good results in 2010. In order to meet market demand crude oil processing volume reached 423 million tons, a year-on-year increase of about 13%, and output of major products such as gasoline, kerosene, and diesel oil reached about 253 million tons, up 10% from the previous year; the results of product structure adjustment were evident, with a substantial increase in the diesel-gasoline ratio, and production of jet fuel, diesel, chemical light oil, and high-grade road... |
