| 摘 要： | 中国在苏丹石油领域的投资规模大、合作范围广。苏丹的石油天然气资源法、投资鼓励法律制度有其自身鲜明的特点,对促进该国对外油气合作起到了积极的作用。本文梳理并介绍了苏丹与石油投资有关的法律财税制度,当地对外国公司注册的法律规定,以及税收规范以及外汇兑换、管制规定。
