| 摘 要： | 监护行为需要监督,监护监督制度是我国民法的一项重要内容。但目前我国有关监护监督法律制度很不完善,需要借鉴国外立法经验,结合我国实际,从更新监护立法理念、改革监护监督体制、明确监护监督人的范围、建立公权力监护监督机构、规范监护监督人的设立方式、明确监护监督的对象、内容和职责等方面入手加以完善,构建我国的监护监督制度。
