| 摘 要： | 界定中等收入群体的关键在于确定中等收入的范围和比重，但目前对该问题没有十分有效的定量方法。文章以浙江省为例，确定了浙江城市居民中等收入的范围，运用正态分布原理预测2010年中等收入群体的比重将达到32．9％，最后提出了扩大中等收入群体比重的一些措施。

| Abstract: | The key to definite middle-income group lies in the defining scope and proportion of middle-income. But there are not effective quantitative methods for this issue at present. Taking Zhejiang as an example, this paper studies on the definition of middle-income of urban residents and forecasts the proportion of middle-income group in 2010 that will be 32.9% by use of the principle of normal distribution. Finally, some measures of expanding the proportion of middle-income group are proposed. |
