基于心理契约的旅行社人力资源管理

摘    要:心理契约是指雇佣双方对雇佣关系中彼此对对方应付出什么,同时又应得到什么的一种主观心理约定,约定的核心成分是雇佣双方内隐的不成文的相互责任。心理契约有主观性、动态性和可自我执行性等特征。它能提高员工和旅行社双方的工作效率、保持员工与旅行社的良好信赖关系,对旅行社与员工的和谐发展有重要意义。旅行社应通过建立公平招聘制度、构建全面培训体系、健全有效激励机制、更新落后管理理念和塑造和谐企业文化等措施来加强基于心理契约的人力资源管理。

Abstract:Psychological contract means the subjective psychological agreement between employer and employee for gains and losses, the core of which is implicit and unwritten mutual responsibility. Psychological contract has the characteristic of subject, dynamic and self - enforceability, which could increase work efficiency, and keep good relationship between staff and travel agency. Travel agency should establish fair recruitment system and comprehensive training system, perfect effective motivation system, update outdated management ideas, and mould harmonious enterprise culture to strengthen the human resource management of travel Agency based on psychological contract.
