| 摘 要： | 供应链中的知识转移是供应链中知识管理的核心内容,本文基于SECI模型理论,构建了供应链知识转移模型,通过对该模型的分析,从知识承载主体与核心主体态度这两个维度出发,提出面向供应链的知识转移策略。

| Abstract: | Knowledge transfer in supply chain is the core concepts of knowledge management.Based on SECI model,this paper build knowledge transfer model in supply chain which are analyzed so that supply chain-oriented knowledge transfer countermeasures are put forward from this two dimensions that are the mainknowledge bearer and the attitudes of core subjects. |
