| Abstract: | The debt risk of local government debt affects economic development and social stability.The unsymmetry of financial power and the power of dealing with events,the deficiency of cadres' employing system,the deficiency of administrative system and imperfection of debt management are the major causes of local government debt risk.Corresponding measures should be taken to guard against it. |
