| 摘 要： | 自20世纪50年代以来,企业社会责任(corporate social responsibility,CSR)的相关研究得到极大发展,研究成果日益丰富。文章对西方有关企业社会责任三个方面的理论进行了整理和述评,这三个方面分别是:企业为什么要承担社会责任、企业应该承担什么社会责任、以及企业如何承担社会责任。

| Abstract: | Since 1950s,researches on the corporate social responsibility(CSR) have been developed rapidly and the relevant achievements enriched.This paper reviews the relevant theories on three aspects of corporate social responsibility: why corporations should assume social responsibility,what social responsibilities should corporations to assume,and corporations how to assume their social responsibility. |
