摘    要:本文结合价值管理趋势,对现代业绩评价体系的变革进行探讨。在分析了传统业绩评价体系和最近的平衡记分卡等方法之后,本文试图提出一套更具针对性和实用性的价值基础的业绩评价指标体系。该体系按照市盈率模型从每股收益和市盈率两个基本指标出发,依据价值创造链的分析,寻找出相应的辅助指标,从而构建了一个以股东价值为基础和核心的、财务指标与非财务指标相结合的评价指标体系。

Abstract:This paper, from the perspective of value management, sets out to discuss the reform of the modern performance evaluation system. After analyzing the traditional performance evaluation system and the recently Balance-Scorecard system, this paper tries to develop a more direct and practical performance evaluation index system based on corporate value. This system, by using the P/E ratio model and examining two basic indexes such as EPS and P/E ratio, is built on the analysis of the value-creating chain. By exploring the corresponding auxiliary indexes, this paper finally constructs an evaluation index system which incorporates both financial and non-financial indexes with shareholder value as the core.
