| 摘 要： | 经济社会的愈加复杂决定了决策的愈加困难,团队思维是避免非理性决策行为,提高群体决策质量的必然要求,本文从群体决策过程中的常见非理性行为入手,提出了团体思维的定义,分析了其形成的机理,并对其形成过程中的最重要因素领导者的引领力进行了深入探讨。

| Abstract: | The more complicated the economy and society become,the more difficult it is to make decisions.Team thinking is an inevitable demand for avoiding the irrational decision behaviors and improving group's decision quality.This paper starts with common irrational behavior in group's decision.It presents the definition of team-thinking and analyzes its forming mechanism,and it makes a discussion on leading strength of leaders,which is one of the most important factors. |
