高职财务管理课程教学设计探析

财务管理是财会类专业的核心课程，该课程秉承“任务导向，项目驱动，工学结合”的理念，以学生为主体，以工作过程为导向，以工作任务为载体，以能力培养为本位，进行课程整体设计与实施，准确定位课程目标、精心设计教学内容与能力训练项目，注重理论联系实践，积极探索灵活多样的教学方法。应用财务管理课程教学设计，能有效地培养学生的职业理财能力，培养学生的创新思维和创新能力，有利于学生尽快适应工作岗位，提高就业能力。

Exploration on Teaching Design of Financial Management Course for Polytechnic Colleges

Financial Management is a key course for finance and accounting and relative disciplines.With a conception of task-oriented,project-driven,and a combination of practice and theoretical study,this course strengthens the subjectivity of students in study,with an aim to train professionals through task accomplishment.Course teaching is designed and enforced in an integrated way,with exact scope and objectives.Course contents,structure,and professional training programs have been planned scientifically,linking theories and practices and incorporating diverse and flexible teaching methods.Applying this design in teaching practice will effectively enhance students’ capability for professional financial management and improve their creative thinking and capacity,thus facilitating their easy adaptation to the working post and improving their abilities as an employee.
