校外实习基地建设的长效机制研究——以物流专业为例

校外实习基地的建设在学生实践能力的提高、学科专业建设以及企业的发展中具有十分重要的作用，已经引起了政府、企业和学校的高度重视，但仍存在一定的问题。为了有效推动校外实习基地建设，发挥校外实习基地的重要作用，该文在深入分析校外实习基地建设重要性和存在问题的基础上，指出可行的建设模式，提出建立包括选择合适的实习基地、建立健全有效的管理机构和机制、加强政策支持、加大经费投入、加强交往和合作、注重系统规划和内涵建设在内的长效机制。

Long- term Mechanism Research on the Off- campus Practice Bases Take Logistics for Example

Establishing off - campus practice bases plays an important role in improving the students＇ practice ability, academic building and the enterprises＇ development, which has made the government, businesses and schools focused. However there are still many problems. In order to effectively promote the establishment of off - campus practice bases, and play the important role of off - campus practice bases, it is essential to establish long - term mechanism. In this paper, we analysises the importances, the existing problems and the viable models of off - campus practice bases. A long -term mechanism should be put forward which includes selecting appropriate practice base, establishing sound and effective management institutions, increasing funding, enhancing exchanges and cooperation, focusing on system planning and connotation building.
