| 摘 要： | 我国电子文件中心的建设缺乏规范性，各地电子文件中心的建设水平参差不齐。提高我国电子文件中心建设的水平，需要加强电子文件中心业务标准的制定，要明确电子文件中心的组织隶属关系，还应建立电子文件管理的风险评估体系制度。

| Abstract: | Electronic Records Center in China is lack of standardization in construction,and development imbalance between different regions exists.Setting operation standards,clarifying explicit organizational affiliation and establishing a risk assessment system for electronic records management are essentials to improve the construction level of Electronic Records Center in China. |
