| 摘 要： | 近几年我国持续的国际收支"双顺差",是当前经济内外失衡的集中表现。在陈述"双顺差"具体规模的基础上,分析了其形成原因及对我国经济的危害,相应提出了解决政策。在治标和治本两个层面上提出了解决"双顺差"问题的思路。

| Abstract: | In recent years, our country appear lasting international balance of payments "double surplus", this is the current focus on the economic performance of the internal and external imbalances. The article in the statement "double surplus" on the basis of specific scale, the analysis of its causes and the harm to China's economy. A proposed settlement of the corresponding policies, in temporary and permanent solutions presented two aspects to resolve the "double surplus" line of thought. |
