| 摘 要： | 本文利用世界银行提供的分析框架，从宏观稳定性、国际一体化、监管制度、治理结构、行政效率、市场进入和退出机制、基础设施建设、金融服务等方面对中国的投资环境进行了国际比较研究，并对中国投资环境的地区差异进行了比较分析，在此基础上提出了改善中国及地区投资环境的政策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper makes full use of the analysis framework provided from the World Bank, makes a comparative study of China's investment environment from the aspects of macro stability, international integration, supervision system, administrative efficiency, market mechanism for entering and quitting, infrastructure construction and financial services, carries out comparative analyses to the regional diversity of investment environment in China, and accordingly puts forward some advice on improving the regional investment environment in China. |
