| 摘 要： | 在参考了以往的ABC等物资分类方法基础上,提出了一种新的物资分类方法—ABCD四类分类法,探讨了煤炭企业供应商管理的方法,并以某煤炭公司的物资管理为例,阐述了四类法理论的应用。
