基于模糊综合评价的国有企业薪酬激励研究

摘    要:国有企业薪酬管理存在着基础薄弱、政企不分、薪酬水平偏低等一系列问题,导致员工工作积极性不高。本文利用多级模糊综合评价方法对国有企业员工绩效进行评价,根据员工绩效评价等级来确定薪酬活动范围,并试着探索建立一种更加灵活的薪酬管理制度——同岗不同酬,实现国有企业的有效薪酬激励。

Abstract:There are many problems in the management of state-owned enterprises payment,such as,weak foundation,without a clear line between the functions of the government and enterprises,low pay levels,so that the staffs are not enthusiastic.In this paper,the multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the performance of state-owned enterprise employees,the payment range is determined based on employee performance evaluation rating.This paper tries to explore a more flexible compensation management system: the same job but unequal payment,to achieve effective incentive compensation of state-owned enterprises.
