| 摘 要： | 教师创新教育能力是师范类高校能否培养出合格创新人才的关键所在。针对当前高校体育教师自身创新教育能力不足的问题,提出师范大学青年体育教师教育创新能力的管理,应从教育观念、教学内容选择、教学目标确定等方面入手,为实现创新教学和培养学生创新能力服务。

| Abstract: | In normal universities,teacher's educational innovative ability is the key to cultivate innovative talents.In view of the issue that current college physical education teachers lack of innovative ability,we put forward that the normal university young sports teachers' educational innovation ability management should embark on educational concept,teaching content and teaching goal-setting,in order to realize innovative teaching and cultivate students' innovative ability. |
