低碳经济与两型社会建设研究

近年来,如何化解经济快速发展对能源消耗的高度依赖,如何跨越资源、能源的瓶颈约束,成为国际社会当前经济发展面临的主要问题。旨在应对全球气候变暖的低碳经济发展模式,正获得国际社会的共识,成为一股新的世界潮流。发展低碳经济能促使社会生产与再生产活动低碳与无碳化,形成可持续发展的符合生态文明的经济模式。那么,如何认识低碳经济与我国两型社会建设之间的关系,成为当前国内社会科学界具有重大理论和实践意义的重大课题。

Research of Low Carbon Economy and Two Type Social Construction

In recent years,it has become the hot topic that current economic development faces that how to deal with the fast development of the economy is highly dependent on energy consumption,how to span the bottleneck constraints of resources and energy,aiming at response to global warming.The low carbon economy development mode has consensus of international community,and has become a new trend in the world.The development of low carbon economy can promote low carbon and no carbonization of social production and reproduction activities,form sustainable development with the ecological civilization economic model.So,the paper mainly discusses the relationship between the low carbon economy and China's construction of two type society.
