| Abstract: | This paper describes the operator performance evaluation index of current situation and problem using the stock option incentive.Based on this,it builds stock option incentive-based operator comprehensive performance evaluation index system and evaluation criteria through performance result,competency method and behavioral expression in three areas.Finally,it uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to quantify the qualitative index. |
