| 摘 要： | 《劳动合同法》增加了大量关于工会的内容，赋予工会更多的权利和义务，为工会在劳动关系领域维护劳动者合法权益提供了具体、可操作的法律依据。伴随着《劳动合同法》的确立与贯彻实施，在构建和谐劳动关系中，工会理应发挥作用、展现新作为。
