| 摘 要： | 非营利组织在介入社会保障领域以后，能否持久高效地为社会大众服务，是非营利组织公共责任研究的问题。非营利组织公共责任主体、客体是多元的；社会保障的非营利组织公共责任的表现形式有财务责任、过程责任、效益责任和以弱势群体需求为导向的责任等。

| Abstract: | Non-profit organizations involved in the field of social security, sustainability and efficient service to the public, is a non-profit organization of public responsibility for the problems, the paper analyzes the non-profit organization of public responsibility for the subject, object, and the involvement of social security, non-profit organization of public responsibility on the form, The representations of nonprofit organizations public responsibilities mainly include the financial responsibility, the process responsibility, the profit responsibility and the responsibility of setting priorities which, in specific, means nonprofit organizations should serve the needs of the inferior group in the society, and with typical cases for a specific analysis. |
