高校教师管理法治化建设的主要问题与对策

高校教师管理法治化建设宜从树立科学的教师管理法治观、建立健全教师管理法律制度、加强学科梯队和骨干教师队伍管理法治化建设、加强高校教师培训管理制度的法治化建设、建立完善“以人为本，人尽其才”的教师管理法治化环境、加强教师队伍思想政治教育和职业道德教育的法治化建设、建立完善优化教师资源配置的法治化管理制度等方面予以完善，实现高校教师管理工作的法治化、民主化、规范化和科学化，以切实推动高校法治化建设进程。

The Problem and Countermeasures to Building the System of College Teachers Rule by Law

According to building the system of college teachers rule by law,we should access from such aspects: set up scientific view in management,build up and perfect legal system,enhance building project echelon formation and key teachers colony,perfect the training administration system,build up such environment of "take human beings as domestic factor" and "make the best possible use of man",do more in ideological politics and professional ethic education to teachers,set up a system of perfecting teachers' resource distribution,etc.Then we can make college teachers' management to be legitimate,democratic,standard and scientific,which can improve the process of building the system of rule by law.
