| 摘 要： | 本文着重从生态环境与发展关系的角度，分析了经济体制和增长方式转变的原因、过程和机制，揭示出人与自然的关系是经济体制和增长方式的基础，前者的变化必然会导致后者的改变，后者的改变则是解决前者在旧体制下矛盾激化的社会手段。通过对我国目前环境与发展关系现状的分析，指出我国实行体制和增长方式转换的原因和必然性。

| Abstract: | This article analysed the reason, process and mechanism of the economic system and the change of increase form mainly from the angle of ecological environment and development relation.Thus it reveals that the relationship between human and nature is the basis of economic system and increase form. The change of the former surely leads to the change of the latter. The change of the latter is the social means to solve the former's intensifying of the contradiction in the old system. Based on the analysis on the present situation of the environment and development relationship of our country and the demand of development, the reason and inevitability of our country to carry out the change of the system and the increase form were put forward. |
