我国创意产业金融体系构建及其运行机制研究

近年来，我国创意产业快速发展，但同时也面临资金短缺问题，极大地制约了创意产业的进一步发展。韩国创意产业之所以得以快速发展，与其健全的投融资制度密不可分。我国应从政府资金扶持、产业基金设立、银行信贷制度创新、民间资本引入、资本市场支持等方面构建创意产业金融体系。此外，为促使我国创意产业金融体系有效运行，还应建立相应的信用机制、约束激励机制和创新机制。
