| 摘 要： | 在高速公路建设进入快速发展时期,交通信息服务成为提升公路运输服务水平和发挥基础设施社会效益的主要措施。为此提出基于公众出行服务的高速公路信息化建设的总体框架结构, 并对高速公路的信息采集、信息整合、信息发布,以及信息安全等问题进行分析论述,以使高速公路发挥最大的社会效益。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of freeway construction, traffic information service has become a major way to improve service level of road transportation and social benefit of infrastructure. The essay illustrates the overall framework of freeway informationization construction, including its information collection, information integration, information issuance and information security management. |
