摘    要:由于智能电网PMU测量系统中一方面有大量的数据需要传输,另一方面远距离数据通信的速率通常比较慢,制约了广域信息的利用以及广域控制和保护技术的发展测量,针对该问题,提出利用Huffman压缩算法对测量数据进行压缩的方案,实现测量数据的实时快速上传,进而对全网进行分析和控制。

Abstract:In the smart grid PMU measurement system,large amounts of data need to be transmitted while long-distance data communication rate is usually low,which restricts the use of wide-area information and the measurement of wide-area control and protection technology.Huffman compression algorith is used to compress the measurement data,making the measurement data transmited in real-time and quickly,and then realizing the whole network analyzation and control.
