FDI's influence on Western district system transition and its realizing route analysis

A region’s institutional reform is not only closely related with its internal institutional requirement but external factors.FDI brings a shock to the current institution of Western China,and accelerates its institutional reform.This paper mainly demonstrates the institutional reform of property rights,Philosophy of business management and government function that impacted by FDI.At last,the mechanism of the influences that caused by FDI is illustrated and proposals are put forward.
