企业文化力转化为企业竞争力的思考

摘    要:企业竞争力的核心是企业特有的文化力,要提升企业核心竞争力,就必须研究企业文化转化为企业竞争力的作用方式和结构模式。其中,企业文化力整合企业的资源优势,形成企业竞争力,企业文化力塑造企业品牌凸现企业竞争力,企业创新文化力和学习力是转化为企业竞争力的关键。企业应学会利用在开放的系统中学习,维持自身的核心竞争力,同时应充分认识到企业文化的必要性和不可估量的巨大作用,在市场竞争中依靠文化力来带动生产力,从而提高竞争力。

Abstract:the core of the enterprise competitive ability is the culture strength which is unique for the enterprise,to promote the enterprise core competitive ability,must study the way of conducting and the pattern of the structure that the enterprise culture change into the enterprise competitive ability,among them,the enterprise culture conform the advantage of the enterprise's resources to form the enterprise competitive ability,the enterprise cultural ability molds the enterprise brand to show off the enterprise competitive ability,it is the key to transform to the enterprise competitive ability that the enterprise create the culture ability and the study ability,the enterprise should learn to study in the open system,maintain the core competitive ability itself,at the same time should fully realize the necessity of the enterprise culture and the inestimable huge role,depend upon the culture ability bring the productive force in the competition of the market,thus enhance the competitive ability.
