| 摘 要： | 随着经济金融和票据市场的快速发展,现行票据制度安排已表现出越来越多的不适应性,票据制度变迁已成大势所趋。本文以新制度经济学为视角,运用成本-收益理论尝试对我国票据市场制度变迁问题进行探讨,并以此检验我国票据市场行为,预测未来发展趋势和变迁路径,进而提出促进票据市场持续、健康和快速发展的政策建议。
