区域科技型核心人才收敛效应函数的模型界定与分析

人才的流动会导致某一区域出现人才聚集现象并在一定环境的作用下产生人才聚集效应,在和谐环境下核心人才的聚集效应远大于一般性人才的聚集效应,这种聚集效应能极大地发挥人才作用,提升区域科技创新能力。在界定区域科技型核心人才的基础上,构建了收敛效应函数模型,研究了科技型核心人才的收敛效应,并将收敛效应分为内部收敛效应和外部收敛效应。
