摘    要:营销人才是企业连接社会、连接市场的桥梁,营销人员既是企业开拓市场的先锋,又是企业形象的重要代表,但对于企业来说是可遇不可求的。本文透过"把木梳卖给和尚"的故事探讨营销人才具有的精神特征。

Abstract:Nowadays marketing talent is the bridge linking the enterprises with society and with market.The marketing staffs are not only the pioneers for enterprises to exploit the market,but also the important representatives of the corporate image.However,marketing talent can be met but cannot be sought for the businesses.In this paper,the writer explored the characteristics of the spirit of marketing talent through the story"Sell the Comb to the Monks".
