| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员,也叫学生政治辅导员,是对高校学生进行思想政治教育的"排头兵",但是近年来,高校辅导员思想政治教育工作却呈现出弱化的趋势。本文将着重分析这一现象形成的原因,并在此基础上提出一些建议。

However, in recent years, college counselors＇ ideological and political education work is weak. This paper analyzed the causes and on this basis, put forward some suggestions. |
