应用型本科财会专业实践教学存在问题的研究及对策

应用型本科教育是高职高专职业教育理念的延伸,是实现高等教育大众化和满足现代社会对高层次应用型人才广泛需求的需要。应用型大学以职业技能培养为依托,为社会生产一线提供现场工程师型的高级应用型人才,是区别于研究型、教学型大学的一类新型大学。然而,而实践教学是培养应用型本科人才的重要保证。本文将从目前高校财会专业实践教学存在的问题以及如何解决这些问题着手,分析通过实践教学提高学生的实践、分析和解决实际问题的能力,满足市场经济条件下对财会专业人才的需求。

Problems in Practical Teaching of Applied Accounting Major and Countermeasures

Application-oriented college education is extension of vocational education idea, and meets the requirement of modem society for realizing popularizing vocational education and needing high-level applied talent. Application-oriented college provided high-class applied talent for front line of production, is a kind of new college which is different from research and teaching college. However, practical teaching insured the cultivation of applied talents. The article starts from the problems in practical training of accounting major of colleges and how to resolve the problems, analyzes how to improve students＇ ability of practice, analyzing and resolving problems, to meet the requirement of accounting professional talent in market economy.
