摘    要:在高层建筑中采用开孔梁,使设备管道从梁腹中穿过,能显著降低建筑物层高,增大建筑物使用面积,可以有效地降低建筑物的造价和使用维修费用,具有良好的综合经济效益。与现在常用的结构形式相比,钢筋混凝土开孔梁具有受力性能好,材料用量省和工程造价低等特点,在工程实践中有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:It uses beams with large openings in high-rise building,so that equipment pipeline can traverse the beam abdomen,significantly reduce the building height and increase the using area of the building,and effectively reduce the cost,use and maintenance costs of buildings,which has a good comprehensive cost-effective.Compared with the structure now used,RC beams with large openings have good mechanical properties,save materials and lower construction cost,so they have a broad application prospects in engineering practice.
