摘    要:本文以提升安全监察部门和监督检验部门综合分析能力为目的,应用灰色关联度分析方法对历年来特种设备事故的统计资料进行综合分析,以承压类特种设备为例,把特种设备总量、不同种类特种设备总量和不同种类特种设备分别造成的经济损失为指标,分析其与事故造成的直接经济损失总量之间的关联性。增强了对于统计数据综合分析的灵活性,克服了不同量纲数据之间无法寻找规律的不足,从不同角度找到指标之间的关联性,为安全监察部门和监督检验部门分析问题开拓了思路,便于其发现关键指标的主要影响因素,提前预防和集中控制力量。

Abstract:The article comprehensively analyzed statistical data of special equipment accidents over the years by applying grey relational analysis in order to improve comprehensive analysis ability of safety supervision departments and supervision and inspection departments,and taking pressure special equipment as an example,economic losses which are respectively caused by total quantity of special equipment,different kinds of total quantity of special equipment and different kinds of special equipment as index,the relevance between it and total quantity of direct economic losses which are caused by accidents was analyzed.The flexibility of comprehensively analyzing statistical data was strengthened,and the shortage that can not find regular pattern between different dimension data was overcome,the relevance between index was found from different angles,which exploited thought on problem analysis for safety supervision departments and supervision and inspection departments so that they can find main influence factors of key index,do advance prevention and concentrate control power.
