制造执行管理系统(MES)的应用探析

摘    要:制造执行系统(MES)是制造生产过程的计算机在线管理系统,是企业资源计划系统和设备控制系统之间的桥梁和纽带,是企业实现全局优化的关键性系统。作者现在主持广西教育厅《制造执行管理系统(MES)应用研究》课题项目,通过对南宁化工股份有限公司MES系统项目(一期工程)的研究,介绍了MES系统的应用研究现状,阐述了MES系统的基本功能架构及软件架构,提出了MES流程工业所需要的关键技术。同时,将先进的生产过程控制技术应用于院校的自动化实训建设,提高教师的技能,更新知识。

Abstract:Manufacturing execution system(MES) is the computer on-line management system in manufacturing process,the bridge and link between the enterprise resource planning system and equipment control system and the critical system to achieve global optimization of the enterprise.The author is hosting the subject project of Education Department of Guangxi: "Applied Research of Manufacturing Execution System(MES)".Through the study of MES system project(Phase I) of Nanning Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.,the paper presented the research status of the application of MES systems,explains the basic functions architecture and software architecture of MES system,proposed the key technologies MES process industry required.Meanwhile,the advanced production process control technology will be used in the automation training construction of institutions to raise teachers' skills and update their knowledge.
