我国西部地区高校高级专业技术人才体育活动现状与对策研究——以陕西省部分高校为例

通过问卷调查,发现经常参加体育锻炼不足总体的三分之一,而参加体育锻炼的目的主要为促进身体健康;有40%的锻炼者活动时间集中在晚上;锻炼项目以散步和慢跑为主;锻炼方式以自己一个人锻炼居多,几乎占四成;由于高校拥有体育场地设施资源优势,因此他们锻炼场所以本单位体育场地设施为主。同时针对存在的问题提出了倡导自觉参加体育锻炼、发挥高校体育教师的指导作用和积极组织职工参加体育锻炼等相应的对策。

Research on the Status Quo and Countermeasure about Exercise of the Highly Qualified Personal of Specialty in the West of China: Take Some Universities and Colleges in Shaanxi Province for Example

By the questionnaire,it is known that there are nearly the third of research objects often taking part in sports activity,therefore,the main propose of their sports exercises is making body healthy;their exercising time of 40% of the sporters focuses on night;the activity event give priority to walking and running;their exercising form is mainly the individual exercising which is nearly 40% of the sporters;because there are lots of sports grounds and establishment in universities and colleges,they mostly make use of sport ground and establishment of their school.Simultaneously we make out the corresponding measurements of improvement aiming at the condition,which are calling for actively taking part in sports exercise,bringing into play coach of the games master in universities and colleges,and energetically organizing the staff participating in sports exercising so on.
