| 摘 要： | 目前我国汽车市场竞争激烈,汽车企业必须从成本、质量和服务水平上下工夫,而实施逆向物流管理可使企业在这几方面得到提高。本文正是基于上述背景,分析了汽车企业的逆向物流管理问题——汽车召回的现状及其存在的问题;最后提出对策使得企业通过有效的召回逆向物流提升竞争力。

| Abstract: | Nowadays, in our country, the competition in the car market is quite heated, the car enterprises have to take measures in the cost, quality and service and the enterprises can enjoy great benefit of the reverse logistics management. In this article, based on this background, problems of reverse management in auto industry： the present situation and the problems of the auto recall are analyzed. Finally, the paper discusses how to improve the reverse logistics management in auto industry in our country. |
