| 摘 要： | 农村中小教师教育法制素质的高低,关系着我国教育法制进程的快慢。调查显示:农村中小学教师教育法律知识偏低、法律意识淡漠、侵权现象严重。要改变农村中小学教师教育法制素质的现状,应该从增强教师的法律意识、完善学校内部规则、加强对学生法律知识教育等几个方面入手。

| Abstract: | The quality of the legal system of primary and secondary teacher education in rural area is related to the pace of legal education in China.The survey shows that the teachers in rural primary and secondary have low legal knowledge and legal sense,and infringement is serious.To change the status,we should enhance the legal awareness,improve the internal rules of the school and enhance students＇ knowledge of the law. |
