高校公寓管理模式探究

高校公寓管理作为我国高校后勤管理工作的重点,一直以来便是深化高等教育改革的一项重要任务。本文首先对国内外高校公寓管理情况进行了简要分析,并针对国内高校公寓管理中存在的问题进行了研究。在高校公寓管理模式的研究方面,提出了管理队伍的专业化建设、学生参与公寓管理模式、管理、育人相结合模式、公寓管理规范化与安全化以及"三位一体"管理模式等。

To Explore the Apartment Management Mode of Colleges and Universities

Apartment management of colleges and universities,as the key of logistics management in colleges and universities,has been an important task of deepening the reform of higher education.This article first analyzed the apartment management of domestic and foreign universities,and studied the problems in apartment management for the domestic university.In the aspects of studying apartment management,the paper proposed construction of a professional management team,apartment management with student＇s participation,the model combined management with educating people,standardization and security of apartment management and the ＂trinity＂ management mode.
