高职毕业生不良就业心理及诊治

The Adverse Psychology in Employment of Higher Vocational Graduates and Diagnosis

Under the influence of increase enrollment and the world financial crisis, the competition for jobs becomes more fierce. In the process of employment, graduates of higher vocational face more employment confusion than graduates of colleges and university, their employment psychology is also facing more problems. This paper analyzes the performance of psychological problems, and makes diagnosis and treatment, which can help the higher vocational graduates to set a good attitude of employment.
