| 摘 要： | 本文运用可持续发展观和系统科学的方法,对循环经济的内涵、原则以及循环经济的运行流程进行了阐述。进而以新疆绿洲为研究对象,结合新疆绿洲发展循环经济的现状,针对近年来循环经济在提升绿洲人口承载力方面的贡献,提出发展循环经济是提升新疆绿洲人口承载力的有效途径,并相应的提出一些发展循环经济的措施和建议。
