| 摘 要： | 在新农村建设进程中,财政必须承担起相应的职责。本文在确定财政支持新农村建设的原则基础上,探讨了财政在农村公共产品供给、制度供给、经济协调发展、农民偏好表达四个方面的目标问题,进而提出了相关的政策建议。
