试析中国中小企业融资问题

2008年,中小企业数量已超过我国全部企业总数的99.8%,出口占到全部出口的60%左右,利税占到40%,就业占到社会总就业人数的85%。资金的匮乏与管理的欠缺已经成为制约许多中小企业快速发展的瓶颈。阐述了中小企业发展过程中融资问题的现状,分析了其产生的原因,并针对中小企业融资存在的问题,提出了相应的对策。
