净月潭国家森林公园旅游资源种类丰富，质量好，组合度高，冰，雪，林等特色资源突出，良好的资源条件与优势的自然环境，便利的交通，广大的客源市场紧密结合，共同构成了净月潭开发旅游的雄厚基础，存在人文旅游资源较薄弱，特色资源开发程度不够，宣传力度小及与同类资源竞争力弱等问题，应从特色资源入手有步骤地开发后备资源，完善旅游基础设施，丰富旅游产品，加强宣传力度，树立鲜明形象，使净月潭成为集体闲，娱乐与度假为一体的城郊旅游佳地。

Jingyue Pool National Forest Park have plenty of top-quality tourism resources which fit together with each other,and forest,snow and ice are the unique ones.The nature environment,traffic and tourist market are convenient.The tow of above provide the best basic conditions for the development of tour.But there is some problem in the course of developent.The human resources are weaken than the natural ones,and the unique resources aren't fully used.The sales promotion and competition ability need to be strengthened.In the following exploitation must take a series of countermaeasure including taking measure to reinforce the use of unique resources,exploit potential ones step by step,consummate basic condition of tourism,enrich tourism product,reinforce the sales promotion,erect unique visualization,and make the National Forest Park to be a tour area in the outskirt of Changchun city which include entertainment and making holidays for tourists.
