摘    要:企业社会责任是基于企业外部性行为而必须由企业承担的除经济责任、法律责任之外的“第三种责任”。企业履行社会责任的动力来源于获取长期利润的内部动力和社会“生态”环境、政府干预与公众“货币投票”的外部压力。文章从经济学、社会学、政府经济学和公共关系学等不同视角,论证了企业承担社会责任的必要性和动力源。

Abstract:Corporation's social responsibility is the Third Responsibility besides economic responsibility and legal responsibility which is based on the exterior behaviors of corporation and should be taken by corporation.The inner drive of corporation to perform the social responsibility is obtaining long-term profit and the exterior pressure is social environment,government policies and public"currency vote".Economics,sociology,governmental economics and public relations have demonstrated the necessity and drive origin of corporation to take the social responsibility from various view angles.
