东北三省石油供需形势分析

国家“十一五”规划纲要对东北地区工业的发展提出了新的要求,但是近年来东北三省石油需求不断增加,供需开始出现缺口,按照三省“十一五”规划纲要的目标要求,采用万元GDP能耗法预测“十一五”期间东北三省的石油供需形势严峻,增加石油产量和减少能源消耗的任务十分艰巨。

Analysis on the Supply and Demand Situations of Oil in three Northeast Provinces of China

The 11th five-year plan of national economic and social development puts forward new request to the industry development in northeast regions of China. But in recent years there is an ever-growing demand for oil in the regions and it causes the insufficiency of oil supply. According to the target and requirement of three province's 11th five-year plan, the paper analyzes and forecasts the supply and demand tend of oil resources on the basis of energy consumption index of 10000 yuan GDP output and finds that the situation of the supply and demand of oil resources is very severe in the regions during 11th five-year plan. The task of increasing oil yield and reducing the consumption is very hard.
