Green supply chain management(GSCM) is a new strategy for the modern enterprise.The idea of GSCM lies in such four aspects: the consideration of environment problems,the cycle model,the idea of concurrent engineering and the fully usage of modern network technology.Moreover,green design,green material,green production,green packing,green marketing,green consumption and green recycle form the major structure of GSCM.The modern enterprise must take the approaches: to construct guiding policies and laws,to establish the strategic status of those policies,to reconstruct the business flow of GSCM and so on.
