| 摘 要： | 关注游客主观体验和对景区的反馈评价,通过对宜昌市域14景区的问卷调查,获得第一手资料,并进行模糊综合评价分析.通过游客对各因子满意度和关注度的排序,揭示了旅游发展中服务环节薄弱、景区配套协调不足等问题.依据满意度与关注度将因子分类,分别提出改善策略并排列优先级,最后提出了突出景区资源禀赋优势、完善旅游支撑保障体系等建议.

| Abstract: | Acquiring first hand data through questionnaire survey in 14 scenic spots of Yichang, the paper focuses on the experience and feedback of tourists. Through fuzzy evaluation approach, the paper explores the satisfaction degree and order of attention of tourists, disclosing the weak links such as service and lack of coordination in scenic spots. In accordance with the factor classification regarding their satisfaction and attention degree, the paper brings forward the strategy for improvement and priority for arrangement. Finally it offers suggestions on giving prominence to resource endowment advantages in scenic spots and improving tourism supporting system. |
